To receive recognition in event materials, return Commitment Form and payment by September 15, 2008. As a Champion or Visionary Sponsor, to be recognized in the event invitation, APF/DC must receive your commitment no later than August 15, 2008.

Sponsor Benefits

Patron: $2,500 (only six available)

• Table for 10 with Signage
• Recognition in program book and on PowerPoint presentation during event
• Company name and link on National Capital Philanthropy Day website

Benefactor: $5,000
All the benefits of the "Patron" level, plus:

Champion Sponsor: $7,500 (only four available)
All the benefits of the "Benefactor" level, plus:

• Half-page ad space in event program to recognize awardees
• Preferred table location
• Company name and logo included in event invitation
• Prominent signage in registration area at the event

Visionary Sponsor $10,000 (only two available)
All the benefits of the "Champion Sponsor" level, plus:

• Full page ad space in event program to recognize awardees
• Opportunity to make welcoming remarks at luncheon
• Prominent recognition as Visionary Sponsor in all event materials
