The Power of Giving Back National Capital Philanthropy Day is dedicated to saluting the power of philanthropy in the Washington, DC area. It is a celebration of the commitment of individuals, companies, and foundations who reflect the highest spirit of philanthropic generosity, dedication, and leadership. These philanthropists are improving and strengthening the efforts of nonprofits throughout the region, and are inspiring others to broaden the impact of community giving.
